Luke 22:39 says, "Jesus went out as usual to the Mount of Olives"...
as we read in the verses following and in places preceding in other chapters, we get the point that Jesus' "as usual" on the Mount of Olives was going to pray - spend time alone with God, private time with His Heavenly Father, to talk about life and concerns and future and worries and whatever...
so, what's your "as usual"? getting up, going to work, being home, shopping, watching tv, talking with the kids, taking a shower, eating, etc etc etc...does it include praying, taking time out, alone, with God, your Heavenly Father; talking with Him about your worries and concerns and plans and future and day?
Jesus wanted and needed that time on a regular basis; it did Him good...it would do you good, too.
